현상 제안 설계

Design proposals submitted for a design competition 

2024년 거점형 대형놀이터(덕진) 기본 및 실시설계(전주시청) 당선작

1) 공간적 범위

   가) 위 치 : 전주시 덕진구 우아동1가 산 27-5번지 등 7번지

   나) 면 적 : 약 8,000㎡

2) 내용적 범위 : 기본 및 실시설계 

3) 과업의 목적

   - 기존 놀이터의 획일화된 놀이시설물 설치보다는 자연환경에서 자연물을 접하고, 스스로 놀이를 만들어 노는 문화를 형성하여 아이들의 창의성 및 

       모험심을 길러주고자 한다.

   - 지방정원 및 아중저수지 주변 관광사업의 시너지효과를 기대하고, 지역민의 삶의 질을 향상하는데 본 사업의 목적이 있다.


2024 Regional Flagship Playground (Deokjin) – Basic & Detailed Design Project (Commissioned by Jeonju City Hall)

1) Spatial Scope

  • Location: San 27-5 and six adjacent plots, Uah-dong 1-ga, Deokjin-gu, Jeonju

  • Area: Approximately 8,000㎡

2) Scope of Work

  • Basic and detailed design

3) Purpose of the Project

  • Rather than installing standardized playground equipment, the goal is to encourage children’s creativity and adventurous spirit by allowing them to interact with natural elements and engage in self-directed play within the natural environment.

  • The project also aims to enhance the synergy between the local garden and the tourism initiatives around Ajung Reservoir, ultimately improving the quality of life for local residents.



2022년 경기도정원박람회 오산시 전문정원 작품공모전 당선작

1) 공간적 범위

   가) 위 치 : 경기도 오산시 누읍동 115-1 일원(맑음터공원)

   나) 공 모 명 : 제10회 경기정원문화박람회 전문정원 작품 공모전

2) 과업의 목적

   - 정원문화의 새로운 패러다임 확산 및 시민들의 자발적인 정원 가꾸기 활동의 지속성 확보와 지역공동체 회복을 통한 지역재생을 도모 하고자함


2022 Gyeonggi Garden Expo – Winning Entry for the Osan City Professional Garden Design Competition

1) Spatial Scope

  • Location: Around 115-1 Nueup-dong, Osan-si, Gyeonggi-do (Mareumteo Park)

  • Competition Title: 10th Gyeonggi Garden Culture Expo – Professional Garden Design Competition

2) Project Objective

  • The aim is to promote a new paradigm in garden culture, encouraging sustainable community participation in garden-making activities.

  • Ultimately, the project seeks to foster regional regeneration by revitalizing local communities through the spread of garden culture.


2021년 목마·신트리공원 맞춤형 리모델링 기본 및 실시설계 용역 현상설계 출품작

1) 공간적 범위

   가) 위 치 : 서울특별시 양천구 목5동 910번지 일원, 서울특별시 양천구 신정1동 310-7번지 일원

   나) 면 적 : 12,816.8㎡, 16,409.3㎡

2) 내용적 범위 : 현상설계, 기본 및 실시설계

3) 과업의 목적

   - 설계공모를 통하여 보다 창의적이고, 주변 환경과의 조화성, 예술성, 작품성을 갖춘 설계안을 제출한 자를

     선정함으로써 독창적이고 아름다운 공원경관을 조성하여 조경문화의 발전과 공공복리의 증진에 이바지하고자 함


2021 Mokma & Sintree Parks Customized Remodeling – Conceptual, Basic & Detailed Design Proposal

1) Spatial Scope

  • Location: Around 910 Mok 5-dong and 310-7 Sinjeong 1-dong, Yangcheon-gu, Seoul

  • Area: 12,816.8㎡ and 16,409.3㎡

2) Scope of Work

  • Conceptual design proposal, basic design, and detailed construction design

3) Project Objective

  • Through an open design competition, the goal is to select a proposal that demonstrates creativity, artistic quality, harmony with the surrounding environment, and high design value.

  • The selected plan will contribute to creating a unique and aesthetically pleasing park landscape, fostering the development of landscape culture, and enhancing public welfare.



2018년 북경 어린이 복합시설(체험관 및 유치원) 계획설계 출품작

1) 공간적 범위

   가) 위 치 : 조양구에 위치(조양CBD에서 12km 거리)

   나) 면 적 : 2,900㎡

2) 내용적 범위 : 현상설계, 기본계획


2018 Beijing Children’s Multipurpose Facility (Experience Center & Kindergarten) – Conceptual Design Proposal

1) Spatial Scope

  • Location: Situated in Chaoyang District, approximately 12 km from Chaoyang CBD

  • Site Area: 2,900㎡

2) Scope of Work

  • Conceptual design proposal and master planning


2018년 법무부기록관 신축 현상설계 출품작

1) 공간적 범위

   가) 위 치 : 경기도 수원시 영통구 원천동 569

   나) 면 적 : 부지 7,048㎡, 건물 18,031㎡, 공공업무시설

2) 내용적 범위 : 현상설계

3) 과업의 목적

   - 법무부 본부 및 서울․경인지역 소속기관에서 생산하는 주요기록물의 보존을 위한 편의성, 창의성, 친환경성, 에너지 효율성 등 기능을 두루 갖추고 

      나아가 지역의 ‘랜드마크(land mark)’가 될 수 있는 가장 이상적인 설계안을 선정하기 위함.


2018 Ministry of Justice Records Facility – Conceptual Design Proposal

1) Spatial Scope

  • Location: 569, Woncheon-dong, Yeongtong-gu, Suwon-si, Gyeonggi-do

  • Site Area: 7,048㎡

  • Building Area: 18,031㎡ (Public Office Facility)

2) Scope of Work

  • Conceptual design submission

3) Project Objective

  • The goal of the project is to select the most ideal design proposal that incorporates functionality for preserving key records produced by the Ministry of Justice headquarters and affiliated institutions in Seoul and the greater metropolitan area.

  • The chosen design must emphasize convenience, creativity, eco-friendliness, and energy efficiency, while also having the potential to become a symbolic architectural landmark in the region.


2017년 온석근린공원 민간개발 조성사업

1) 과업의 목적

   - 2020 서산시 공원녹지의 미래상과 기 수립한 공원조성계획과 부합하는 미조성된 공원의 조성을 통해 지역을 대표하는 거점 그린복지를 제공함


2017 Onseok Neighborhood Park – Private Development Project

1) Project Objective

  • The aim of this project is to develop an undeveloped park site in alignment with the future vision for urban green spaces outlined in Seosan City's 2020 Park and Green Infrastructure Plan.

  • By creating a representative green welfare hub, the project seeks to contribute to regional revitalization and improve residents' quality of life.
