2) 내용적 범위 : 공원조성계획변경,  기본 및 실시설계

3) 과업의 목적

   - 송도 1교~4교간 위치하고 있는 국제화 복합단지 1호 근린공원 중 미 조성 부분(약 6,200m2)에 대해 주차장 등

      편익시설과 주민 운동시설 설치를 통해 쾌적한 여가공간 조성


2017 Neighborhood Park Development Project for International Complex No. 1

1) Spatial Scope

  • Location: 147 Songdo-dong, Yeonsu-gu, Incheon Metropolitan City

  • Site Area: Approximately 6,200㎡

2) Scope of Work

  • Revision of the existing park development plan

  • Basic and detailed design

3) Project Objective

  • The goal is to develop the undeveloped section (approximately 6,200㎡) of the International Complex No. 1 Neighborhood Park located between Songdo Bridges 1 through 4.

  • By installing convenience facilities such as parking areas and exercise zones for residents, the project aims to create a pleasant leisure space that enhances community well-being


2023년 광백저수지 관광개발사업 기본구상  

1) 공간적 범위

   가) 위 치 : 경기도 양주시 백석읍 방성리 광백저수지 일원

2) 과업의 범위

   - 개발기본뱡향 설정, 개발여건분석, 기본구상안 작성


2023 Gwangbaek Reservoir Tourism Development – Master Planning Framework

1) Spatial Scope

  • Location: Gwangbaek Reservoir area, Bangseong-ri, Baekseok-eup, Yangju-si, Gyeonggi-do, South Korea

2) Scope of Work

  • Establishment of the basic development direction

  • Analysis of development conditions

  • Preparation of a master plan


2023년 우리꽃식물원 등고산습지원 조성공사 기본 및 실시설계

1) 공간적 범위

   가) 위 치 : 경기도 화성시 팔탄면 매곡리 179-34번지 일원

   나) 면 적 : 약 1,800㎡

2) 내용적 범위 : 기본 및 실시설계

3) 과업의 목적

   - 우리꽃식물원내 등고산습지원 사면보강 및 데크관찰로 조성으로 생태체험과 쾌적한 관람 환경을 제공함으로서 주민들의 편익 증진을 도모 하고자 함


2023 Native Flower Botanical Garden – Highland Wetland Support Development Project (Basic & Detailed Design)

1) Spatial Scope

  • Location: Around 179-34 Maegok-ri, Paltan-myeon, Hwaseong-si, Gyeonggi-do, South Korea

  • Area: Approximately 1,800㎡

2) Scope of Work

  • Basic and detailed design

3) Project Objective

  • The project aims to enhance convenience and improve visitor experience by reinforcing slopes within the Highland Wetland Support Zone of the Native Flower Botanical Garden and constructing observation decks.

  • Through ecological experiences and the creation of a pleasant viewing environment, the project seeks to contribute to community well-being.


2022년 왕암초등학교 지역특화 플랫폼 조성사업(야외공간) 실시설계용역

1) 공간적 범위

   가) 위 치 : 충남 논산시 가야곡면 왕암리 370번지 일원경기도 화성시 팔탄면 매곡리 179-34번지 일원

   나) 면 적 : 약 1,000㎡

2) 내용적 범위 : 기본 및 실시설계

3) 과업의 목적

   - 가야곡면 왕암리 370일원에 왕암초등학교 주변 야외공간에 무대설치 및 조경, 토목 등 시설 설치를 통한 기반시설 정비하여 기존 관광자원과 연계

      활력을 재창조하기 위함에 목적이 있음


2022 Wangam Elementary School – Regional Specialized Outdoor Platform Development (Detailed Design Services)

1) Spatial Scope

  • Location: Around 370 Wangam-ri, Gayagok-myeon, Nonsan-si, Chungcheongnam-do and 179-34 Maegok-ri, Paltan-myeon, Hwaseong-si, Gyeonggi-do

  • Site Area: Approximately 1,000㎡

2) Scope of Work

  • Basic and detailed design

3) Project Objective

  • The project aims to revitalize the outdoor space surrounding Wangam Elementary School by installing stage structures, landscaping, and civil engineering facilities.

  • This initiative seeks to improve foundational infrastructure and reinvigorate the area by linking it with existing tourism resources.


2022년 한탄강 주상절리길 조성사업


2022 Hantangang Columnar Joint Trail Development Project

1) Project Overview

  • This project centers around the creation of a scenic trail along the Hantangang River’s iconic columnar joint formations.

  • It aims to promote geological tourism, enhance public access to natural heritage, and establish a sustainable recreation space that harmonizes with the river’s unique landscape.

2) Objectives

  • To preserve and utilize the outstanding geological features of the Hantangang area

  • To create a comfortable and educational walking experience through trail installation and supporting infrastructure

  • To revitalize the region by attracting visitors and supporting local tourism initiatives

 



2023년 생활밀착형 숲 실내정원 조성사업 기본 및 실시설계 용역

1) 공간적 범위

   가) 위 치 : 영월군 영월군청, 문화예술회관, 종합사회복지관, 청소년수련관

   나) 면 적 : 약 4,000㎡

2) 내용적 범위 : 기본 및 실시설계

3) 과업의 목적

      가. 실내 공기질 개선을 위한 산림청 시범 사업으로 공기 정화 효과가 입증된 식물을 활용하여 실내정원 조성

      나. 미세먼지 발생과 냉·난방 시설 이용에 따른 실내 유기화합물(포름알데히드, 벤젠 등) 농도 저감으로 공공기관 이용객들에게 청정한 실내 공기 제공


🌿 2023 Lifestyle-Oriented Indoor Forest Garden Development – Basic & Detailed Design Services

1) Spatial Scope

  • Location: Public institutions across Yeongwol-gun, including Yeongwol County Office, Culture & Arts Center, General Social Welfare Center, and Youth Training Center

  • Area: Approximately 4,000㎡

2) Scope of Work

  • Basic and detailed design

3) Project Objective

  • As part of a pilot initiative by the Korea Forest Service to improve indoor air quality, the project will utilize proven air-purifying plants to establish indoor garden environments.

  • The gardens aim to reduce concentrations of indoor volatile organic compounds (such as formaldehyde and benzene) caused by fine dust and HVAC usage, providing clean and healthy air for public facility users.


2023년 강이식 장군 역사공원 조성계획 및 실시설계용역

   가) 위 치 : 진주시 진성면 동산리 산10-38번지

   나) 면 적 : 29,493㎡

2) 내용적 범위 : 공원조성계획, 기본 및 실시설계

3) 과업의 목적

      - 고구려 무장의 호국정신을 계승하고 충절도시 진주시의 위상을 제고하며, 현 진주시 봉산사에 소재한 장군의 

        사당과 연계한 역사문화공간으로 조성해 지역주민과 함께하는 공간으로 조성하고자 금번 역사공원 공원조성계획 결정하고자 함


2023 General Kang I-sik Memorial Historic Park Development – Master Planning and Detailed Design Services

1) Spatial Scope

  • Location: San 10-38, Dongsan-ri, Jinseong-myeon, Jinju-si, South Korea

  • Area: 29,493㎡

2) Scope of Work

  • Park development planning, basic and detailed design

3) Project Objective

  • The project aims to honor the patriotic spirit of General Kang I-sik, a Goguryeo military commander, and elevate Jinju’s identity as a city of loyalty and integrity.

  • By linking the memorial hall at Bongsan-sa Temple (currently located in Jinju) with the new park, the site will be developed into a historical and cultural space that fosters a strong connection with the local community.


2018년 오천 원동 11근린공원 리모델링 기본계획 및 실시설계 용역

1) 공간적 범위

   가) 위 치 : 포항시 남구 오천읍 원리 979일원(원동 11근린공원)

   나) 면 적 : 10,100㎡

2) 내용적 범위 : 기본 및 실시설계 

3) 과업의 목적

      - 원동 토지구획정리사업 시 근린공원 조성 후 지역 주민들의 휴식공간으로 이용되고 있으나 단순하고 획일적인 공원시설로 공원으로의 가치 및 

         기능 제고를 위하여 공원 및 주변 현황을 파악하여 지역 주민을 위한 쾌적하고 특색 있는 공원으로 재조성하기 위하여 공원 리모델링 

         기본계획을 수립하고 실시설계를 작성하고자 함.


2018 Ocheon Wondong Neighborhood Park No. 11 – Remodeling Master Plan and Detailed Design Services

1) Spatial Scope

  • Location: Around 979, Wolli, Ocheon-eup, Nam-gu, Pohang-si, South Korea

  • Area: 10,100㎡

2) Scope of Work

  • Master planning and detailed design

3) Project Objective

  • Although the park was originally developed during the land readjustment project in Wondong and has served as a community rest area, its facilities remain monotonous and standardized.



2023년 경신중학교 에코스쿨 조성사업 실시설계 및 감리

1) 공간적 범위

   가) 위 치 : 서울특별시 종로구 혜화로74 일원

   나) 면 적 : 약 4,000㎡

2) 내용적 범위 : 기본 및 실시설계, 감리

3) 과업의 목적

      가. 도로 생활권 내 분포하고 있는 학교에 숲과 자연학습장, 입체형 녹화 등 다양한 유형의 생태 및 학습공간을 조성하여

           자연친화적 교육환경과 쾌적한 지역거점 녹지를 제공하고자 함

  • Area: Approximately 4,000㎡

1) 공간적 범위

   가) 위 치 : 중2동 1185 외 1개소

   나) 면 적 : 6,528.9㎡

2) 내용적 범위 : 기본 및 실시설계 

3) 과업의 목적

      가. 공원여건 및 이용행태 등을 고려, 장소성과 사업효과가 높은 노후공원을 대상으로 지역특성에 맞는 특색 있는 공원정비사업 추진


2018 Park Improvement Project (Pureun Children’s Park, Seorak Children’s Park)

1) Spatial Scope

  • Location: 1185 Jung 2-dong and one additional site

  • Area: 6,528.9㎡

2) Scope of Work

  • Basic and detailed design

3) Project Objective

  • The project aims to renovate aging parks by identifying sites with strong spatial identity and high potential impact, based on current park conditions and user behavior.

  • The goal is to implement park improvement plans that reflect local characteristics, resulting in distinctive and vibrant community spaces.
